dialog with your GP, base on :

- realistic feed-back on treatments efficiency
- comparisons between different treatments
- objective identification of triggering factors

hand-book, all information can be useful for you and for your GP to help
prevent and cure your migraine :

- unusual physical or mental activities
- special weather conditions
- stress situations linked to work or to your private
