The migraine personal hand book is a tool designed to help you follow up the evolution of your migraine crisis.

Its aims are to register precisely :

  • dates, frequencies and strenght of the crisis
  • potential triggering factors that you identify
  • medecines taken and their efficiency

This information will allow you to build a constructive dialog with your GP, base on :

  • factual and precise accounts of your crisis
  • realistic feed-back on treatments efficiency
  • comparisons between different treatments
  • objective identification of triggering factors

Do not hesitate to make annotations on you migraine hand-book, all information can be useful for you and for your GP to help prevent and cure your migraine :

  • what you have eaten and drunk
  • unusual physical or mental activities
  • special weather conditions
  • stress situations linked to work or to your private life
  • a psychological or physical shock
  • an affective traumatism
